1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 39bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://39bat.io and all associated services, products, software, and content offered thereon.

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the 39bat platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 39bat platform and close your account if one has been created.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering, you agree to:

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 39bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies. No conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 39bat account within 60 seconds. Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank) may take longer depending on the processing time of the issuing bank.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until:

39bat reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts and to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of those checks. The Platform also reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance under exceptional circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All such offers are governed by both these Terms and any specific terms and conditions communicated at the time each offer is presented, which may include offer-specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 39bat promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only, subject to completed account verification.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting this requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

6. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Disputes

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 39bat platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in further legal action:
